ARCO is run by students. We only collect what we need to run events and issue certificates, and we never sell your data.
What we keep
- Your name, email, phone, college, year of study and photo
- The events you apply for, attend or miss
- Payment receipts you upload for paid events
- The certificates issued to you
Who can see it
Only you, and the team members whose role needs it. For example, the finance team sees payment receipts, and the door team sees your photo when scanning your pass.
What is public
Only what is printed on a certificate (your name, the event and the date) is shown when someone checks its serial number.
Deleting your data
You can ask us to delete your account at any time from your settings or by emailing [email protected].
